But if someone reads this, I'd just like to know if there is a way to play SH5 offline that works. So if you delete this thread, whatever, it just shows you are hypocrits. Clearly in the past, discussions of cracks and applying them to games have been allowed, and even encouraged by Ubisoft (rainbow six). I want to get a game to work, but the DRM won't allow me, so I'm looking for instructions on how I might be able to do that. So all I'm really doing right now is asking the same kind of question. The moderator in the thread said nothing about that and everyone was pleased that the instructions worked.
And finally, when I was trying to play SH3 because I was disgusted by the DRM on SH5, I was trying to get my copy of SH3 to run on Window's 7, and I found a thread in the Ubisoft Forums that provided instructions on how to get it to run on Window's 7, which included applying a crack.
